reply to the students response to the question  below  in a 150 words min and provide 1 referencequestion :How does a distinguishing of the terms data and information bear an impact upon effectively communicating human resource programs?students responseRue, Ibrahim & Byars (2016) discusses guidelines for communicating Human Resource Programs.  Defining the terms data and information allows you to understand the significance of each. Data is defined as “raw material from which information is developed; composed of facts that describe people, places, things, or events and that have not been interpreted” (Rue, Ibrahim & Byars, 2016, p. 15).  Rue, Ibrahim & Byars (2016) states to “transmit information and not just data” (p.15). Interpretation of data is key since once data has been interpreted and meets the needs of one or more managers, the data becomes valuable information (Rue, Ibrahim & Byars, 2016, p. 15). The structure of the communication is very important and impacts how human resource programs are effectively communicated.  Keeping in mind who the intended recipient is for what needs communicated can help in choosing the appropriate level of communication. Backing up what communication is stated with action along with being culturally sensitive helps to achieve it. Reinforcing employee communications helps the employee not to forget. Anticipating the perceptions of the employees is a good strategy. Effective communication by providing interpretation of data allows employees to better understand the transmission of communication regarding Human Resource Programs.References:Rue, L., Ibrahim, N., & Byars, L.
